My logo is a unique half heart with inverted colors and my initials incorporated in it. The thick boarder gives it depth and boldness and strength. It also cut into the half heart to give the appearance that there is another half and not just a swirled line look. The half heart has a think 3 point black boarder as well, and it gives the shape contrast between the two colors. With the curved shape half heart shows smooth line to represent dance and the fluidity and elegance of dance. Also the beauty of dance.
The swirled spiral J and the curved tail C shows creativity and playfulness in its unique font and it also ties in with the curved Heart. The purple gradient in the heart represents strength and power. The light electric blue that borders the heart give a contrast and flair and also gives an inverted color look. Lastly the light purple that fills the rectangle is a more artistic way to fill a negative space instead of white.
